Food delivery took an hour, I get there are other orders before me and they stack them up, by my house is 0.6 miles from establishment and I can’t leave for pick up due to having my toddler at home, so you’d think being on the way, I’d be first but I was last. placed an order on halloween, the order was messed up. we called and they said they'd credit our account. was told to say jim credited it. fast forward to election day. wife called to use the credit and was told nothing is in the system and have to get ahold of them. was told the giy was coming in a half hour later. it's been almost an hour and have heard nothing. poor management, never credited the account, manager on duty did nothing for us. I ordered the chicken habanero sub and there was no sauce? It was completely dry with like five pineapple pieces and four jalapeño pieces.
