Everyone knows Lou Malnati’s for the pizza, but their Malnati Salad is an absolute showstopper! I was responsible for bringing the salad to a family evening dinner at my dad’s, and this was an enormous hit with the adults. The mix of gorgonzola, salami, and their signature Sweet Vinaigrette dressing is unbeatable. Ordering online the day before was seamless, and pickup was ready right on time with zero delays. The representative at the counter was extremely helpful. I was having trouble with ordering on my app and he went out of his way to assist us. He should be commended for being so helpful and patient. Our pizzas were excellent. We are so happy to have a Lou Malnati's in N/W Indiana. We only wish they would open one up in Valparaiso. Crown Point, IN and Sherrerville, IN are long drives for us, so we don't order nearly as often as we would like.
They don't have their own delivery drivers so if you're ordering for delivery it may never come. I'm currently on hour 2 of waiting for my order. I love their pizza but get your own drivers for goodness sake. Relying on Doordash and the like doesn't work.
