I used to live in winfield and never really checked out Aurelio’s because we were a little caesar’s family (lol), but I recently went in and tried it with friends for the first time and was blown away! Everything from the food to the friendly service to the ambiance was just perfect. Bruce Wayne is doing a wonderful job running this establishment. Would 10/10 have again!“

“When we first moved to NWI, we first visited Pops when they were located closer to Jewel. At first, when we ordered our beef juicy, the beef was still dry. Over the years, they have gotten better. The beef is juicy, tender, and tasty. So juicey that now, they wrap your beef and then put your wrapped beef inside a plastic bag for take out orders. The beef here is much better than the overrated beef sandwich at Portillos. The large order of fries is enough to share.“

“Went in not too long ago on a Saturday for lunch, from the time we walked in, The owners greeted us with a smile and were very personable, which is a lost art these days, so we were very comfortable from the get go, at that time we had multiple questions about the menu and AGAIN the owners explained every question we had in detail with no fluff, I ordered Italian Wedding Soup which is the BEST I’ve ever eaten, and finished with The Mostro… Great big portions and the food itself was amazing, we finished with desert and when we got the bill… again we was pleasantly surprised… I recommend to the highest powers that be that Ammirato’s Meatball Cafe is a hidden Gem and will definitely return for a different item on the menu“

“Me and my family had the most amazing experience with great service great food on Mother’s Day We had Natasha. She always checked on us made sure we had enough breadsticks. usually, they’re very stingy with the bread. She made sure Had enough refills on drinks before we were completely empty. We didn’t have to ask for anything. Everything ran very smoothly. She was very sweet very kind. She definitely deserves extreme recognition. We could tell that she cared and was very genuine We made sure to let the manager know, but we wanted to write a review as well. Make sure you get Natasha! Thanks again. “First time at Dante’s House of Pizza in Munster, and I have to say — I am completely impressed!
I had a taste for something different today. Sometimes in Northwest Indiana, it feels like we tend to have many of the same restaurant choices, and I wanted to try something new without having to drive too far from home. Dante’s definitely delivered.
The menu has so many great choices that I honestly didn’t know what to order! I started with an appetizer, which was absolutely delicious, and decided to order a small pizza to take home.
But what really made my first experience stand out was the service. I sat in the bar area and was taken care of by Lindsay, who was absolutely fabulous. From the moment she learned it was my first time there, she took the time to explain things, tell me about the different specials throughout the week, and even helped make sure my pizza was ordered exactly the way I wanted it.
Lindsay is not only a great bartender, but her level of customer service is exceptional. Her attentiveness, personality, and overall service are the kind of experience every restaurant should strive to provide.
Great food, an impressive menu, and exceptional service. I will definitely be back — and thank you, Lindsay, for making my first visit such a great one!“

“My wife and I love going to portillos, tonight we went there and the place was in terrible disarray! Filthy floors bathroom and the garbage cans were all overflowing with everything from beverages to food and ketchup all over the place. this is so hard to believe that the place has been open a little longer than 1 year and looks like that. stay away go to merrillville location because they actually do keep it super clean.“
