This location is always good, but today needed a review. I went in to grab lunch. They were crowded, but Pedro provided excellent service at the front counter. He was friendly, didn't rush my order taking, he smiled and even cracked a joke. He held on to my drink in the back while I went to use the restroom. The cooks were also great. They prepared my special order correctly and also greeted people with a smile. It was a refreshing experience.
I love it! Ill be back! The spicy korean noidles was excellent and my fav!
What is the point of ordering online when I'm told to wait over 10 minutes when I get here. I know how long the food takes to cook why am I waiting longer for the food than it takes to cook it. Incredibly understaffed. They were trying their best but with the amount of orders this locations receives they need more people working.

Noodles and Company at Crown Point offers great customer service and delicious food. John provided awesome service, answering questions and making menu recommendations. The Zoodles with parmesan crusted chicken is a recommended choice. Amory S. was also praised for his clear communication and cleanliness. The Chicken Parmesan was a popular dish, served quickly with excellent service. Customers appreciated the polite and efficient staff at this location.
