I'm so tired of getting moldy cheese on my pizza. If the products aren't fresh then discontinue them. I literally only got it because I had an offer for 20% off. Stop selling moldy food. When steak n shake, Chick-fil-A, portillo's and Culvers are more appetizing than panera, that's bad.
Out of bread baguettes?! Really?! Out of bread bowls too?! No lids for the small cups either.Overall the quality of the food has greatly declined over the years. I feel the menu has expanded too much and nothing is done very well anymore. All is just mediocre. Not a good value for the price paid.

This used to be our favorite Panera, but it's gone downhill. Recently, they were cleaning up for DAYS because the big manager was coming -- but funny how, once that was over, this returned to its previous state.
