“Customer service needs work ,relative sent 2 boxes and the boxes for winter delivery was same as in store no rebox for protection, delivered on the sidewalk not on the porch , squirrels enjoyed them very much , when I called to tell my story your manager could not be bothered and blamed door dash and we should take it up with them !!! “We'd been here last year while attending a conference west of Indy. We didn't write a review, but decided to come back this year. Tenderloins are still good. We liked the milkshakes too. It was clear that other folks liked it, as there was a good sized drive=-thru line and a lot of folks sitting in the outside seating (as we did). One small drawback--no bathroom. This is a counter service style place. Prices were decent. We'll be back next year.“
