I’ve gone into fika a handful of times both when they are busy and when they are not busy. There’s always a absurdly long wait time for coffee doesn’t matter how many people are or aren’t there.
No sense of urgency for my time or anyone else’s.
The woman will move like a turtle.
Be prepared to wait at the door until someone just decides to come out. I usually get the owner, customer service is crap.

I had the best experience at Fika today! The service was quick and friendly. The staff were all kind and helpful. I loved the vibes and insta-worthy backdrops. The food and drinks were to die for. I cannot recommend this place enough!!
