“This is my favorite Wendy's to go to in the area, so much so that we drive over the border from Illinois just to come to this location which is truly a surprise because for a very long time we avoided this location due to a bad experience in the past. I really do hope that some sort of upper leadership or management goes through these reviews because Barry(I believe that was his name) has absolutely changed my opinion of this location 180 degrees. Our food is always made fresh with the hottest and crispiest nuggets I've had from any Wendy's location. They've never messed up any of our orders no matter how specific or difficult the order is. This team really is doing a great job and I hope that they can be recognized in some sort of way, I refuse to go to any other Wendy's location after our positive experiences we've had at this store. “The new crew they have there are killing it! They are friendly , and quick. Keep it up my dudes . Will definitely keep coming back. They were open on Christmas day(which was a bummer) but they were killing it, they were slinging the food out and the line was moving and they were keeping their cool and and were friendly and respectful the entire time . “Have to say I've had plenty of Schoop's hamburgers over the years. Been to Munster twice. The second time was last week and I had a cheese burger with with mayo and tomato on wheat toast. That was by far the best burger I have ever, really ever had. It was neat with the condiments just right. Great job....“

“I came to the drive thru 15 mins before they was closing and the customer service was STILL extraordinary!! My food was fresh, drink wasn’t watered down and the night crew was friendly, funny and gave me a crown while my food was being made lol Great customer service is lacking nowadays but not at the Highland location! They rock and I will be back!“

“This little cute and cozy place has the BEST Chicago hot dogs we have found in Indiana. Their staff is extremely friendly, and orders are expedited. They have an extensive menue and so far we haven't been disappointed in anything. They have (I think 3 different flavors of f ries. ) Garlic butter (yummy) regular, and I can't remember the 3rd. You won't be disappointed.“
