Wow! I haven’t been to Wendy’s in over a year but the management and service today was amazing! I brought in 7 hungry teens after sledding and our order was freaky fast and accurate!
This is my favorite Wendy's to go to in the area, so much so that we drive over the border from Illinois just to come to this location which is truly a surprise because for a very long time we avoided this location due to a bad experience in the past. I really do hope that some sort of upper leadership or management goes through these reviews because Barry(I believe that was his name) has absolutely changed my opinion of this location 180 degrees. I stopped here and got a #3 (nugget meal) I asked to upgrade to baconator fries. The service was outstanding. They were super nice and attentive. But when i got home, the fries were just cheese fries with two strips of bacon. The container was also open, but that could have happened on the drive home. They were very busy, so I believe it was just an honest mistake.
