Cold Stone Creamery offers a variety of delicious treats, such as the Germanchokolatekake Got to Have It ice cream packed with chocolate, coconut, pecans, and brownie. Customers have praised the great service provided. However, there have been some issues with food safety and service quality, as one customer found plastic in their ice cream cake. Despite initial concerns, the store manager resolved the situation, showing dedication to customer satisfaction. Another customer experienced wet packaging and unhygienic handling of food, leading to a messy situation. Despite some service lapses, Cold Stone Creamery's tasty treats and responsive management have left customers willing to return for more.
