“Killer cheeseburgers 1/2 Lb of goodness!“

“First time visiting there tonight for my Daughter's and I And will for sure be going back. All food was wonderful and the Tenderloin's are the best. Very clean place wonderful service . and great food .The server took her time with us and you could tell she loved her job. She shared with us she had been there 11 years I sure see why . Our drink glasses never ran empty and such a nice lady . 10 out of 10 from us all the way around . A great start to my Daughters Birthday weekend .“

“Yes, I would recommend The Chug, every staff member that I have encountered have been easy going and kind, as well as being humorous which help make the experience better. However, Rachel that works Wednesday nights has the worst egotistical attitude. I’ve never met anyone who has intentionally made fun of a customer as well as belittle them. As an owner of The Chug, I would remember to remind your staff about their place as a bartender. They do provide customer service and that comes along with human decency and a kind attitude. Thank goodness the second bartender, (I don’t recall her name, curly haired woman) was there to provide us drinks. She is someone who you should use as a reference when hiring new employees. Thanks for all the good nights prior to this night in particular. I will still go to The Chug in hopes that people like Rachel are not working.“

“The food was good, it was very busy. We got a table quickly but had to wait over an hour for our food to come out. Not a lot of options for a vegetarian. I ordered a side salad, brussel sprouts and sweet potato casserole that was cold unfortunately. Great place for my carnivore husband.“

“Very slow service. Waitress was good but literally took over 45 minutes to get our order. And we ordered the special for the night.“

“This was a good experience. Good food, not a long wait at 6:00 about 15 minutes. We sat in the bar area at a table quick to ask us for our drink order but then she had to take care of the bar drinks so it took a few before we got our order in. Once we did normal wait on food to be made when it came out tasted good“
