“Went in tonight after a clerk at a local supermarket recommended it to me. It's definitely a local haunt and a bit of a dive. Tonight was "Cigar Night," which was obvious as soon as you opened the door. Fine with me, and I might have joined them if they took credit cards. I only had a modest amount of cash and I wanted to be sure I didn't overspend on a Macanudo or Cohiba, then have to raid the ATM to pay my dinner tab. Special of the evening was a Chicken Philly. Made to order, it was hot, fresh and HUGE. Which is not to say I didn't eat every bite because I did! Washed it back with a bottled beer (of which they have plenty). I believe I was the only non-local because everyone else was talking amongst each other. The owners/bartender/cook were very attentive and made me feel at home so I wouldn't let not being a local scare you away. The food and drink were excellent and reasonably priced. Chicken Philly and a beer, out less than $20 including tip. Check it out.“
“I would say this is the best Mexican restaurant in the area. They’ve got real horchata and excellent tacos. Service is great and the food is great and the most authentic I’ve eaten so far in Indiana. Location is off the Main Street but I would recommend to those that like Mexican food.“
“Another outstanding meal. We were seated quickly and received wonderful service from our waitress. Food and drinks were well prepared and tasty. Restaurant has a neat ambiance and great atmosphere. A very enjoyable visit. This is our go to dining place whenever we visit Wabash!“
“My first review was from a quick trip. Now I go there every week and play pool. I've only had one bartender in there so far and she is fabulous. Can't wait to hear her sing again (you go Janis Joplin). Already has my order memorized. The food is delicious and order size is good.“
