“We stopped in last week for a beer. Was pleasantly surprised that they had Guinness on draft. We ordered pizza, one of the best I've had in a long time and a sub. Food was very good and will be back the next time we're in town. Bartender was very friendly.“

Tried this out with my Mom. It has a good reputation, but looks like a dive bar from the outside. There were lots of people there and it was very clean. The servers and everyone was very nice. I had the mushroom and Swiss burger and Mom had the 4 piece chicken. I also ordered hot cheese from the appetizer menu. I thought it was fried cheese balls, but it was only the dipping sauce for the fried food. It was $3.49 for a small cup of cheese which I think is way too expensive. My mistake on that one. The drinks come in a large Mason jar. Love that! My mushroom burger didnt come with fries just the burger. I dipped my burger in the cheese because I didnt want to waste it. The chicken meal was huge! The chicken was crispy and juicy. 5 stars on that. It also came with a baked potato and green beans. Pretty nice meal. My only reason for 3 stars was the burger, cheese, and price. The burger with no fries, a cup of cheese, and a coke was $17-$18. I'd go back, but I'll order something else next time.“

“The food is really yummy! I really only have experience with the salads, sub sandwiches, and cheesy bread though. I’m a sucker for the older looks, like an older diner. They have trivia on the TV too and a tiny arcade room (4-5 machines I think). The drink options were typical and their menu has many options for those with dietary issues, no separate special menu that I’m aware of (for GF or vegan). They are a bit on the slower side but that’s not an issue for me. The tables don’t seem to be cleaned in a timely manner after a group is done but there are lots of other seating if you don’t feel like just wiping it down. You do need to head down the stairs to the right when entering the building.
