I tried the new Philly cheesesteak. Boy was I disappointed. It was gross and swimming in grease and too much garlic aoli waste of money. My dog wouldn't even eat it
They make you move up. Mess up your order and then make you come in and pay for additional sauces. Chick fil a would NEVER! Brandon the shift manager takes his job way to serious over a 25 cent dipping sauces.
You could have just told me at the window I would have to pay for additional for more sauce and I would gladly have instead of making me pull up. Not get everything I asked for at the window once my food was walked outside ....

We stopped in last night, only ordered $20 worth of food, was there from 7:04 - 7:42, left with NO food. Not impressed with the employee that told my husband to shut his mouth. There were several paying customers that were also getting upset, including one that had only been waiting for about 15 minutes. Again, we were there for 38 minutes, and left with NO food. VERY POOR SERVICE!
