Just told me and 5 others in the drive thru they were closed after waiting on multiple people in front of us, and waiting a half hour. Every time I’m at this biggby my order is messed up, they aren’t open, or it’s terrible service like this. I’ll take the extra 10 min drive to the biggby on 6 .
Great coffee and service. Too bad for COVID it's currently drive up only. Looks lovely inside. I had a BOGO special, and both my drinks were delicious!!
I’ve been there multiple times and extremely long wait every time. Definitely won’t be back.
