Horrible attitudes. I placed my order, get to the cashier in the drive thru. My sandwich is not in the total of the order. I told them and was told, it was my fault, I’m too quiet. After I placed the order, I waited for them to repeat it back, but instead I just got hateful looks.
So she adds the sandwich. But instead of voiding the incorrect order, and re-enter it as a meal. She enters it ala carte. Let’s just say that is shockingly expensive!!

Everything in the bag was wrong or missing. I think you have to actually try to get an order that wrong. And the wrong food we were given was cold and clearly old. You have one job at the end… check the receipt and the food. Not doing either here apparently. Cold coffee even, not really sure how that happens. nothing I'm an ex employee who didn't get paid for 8 wks of and got fired for asking and I no longer want to represent a company who didn't care about me from start I opened and did everyone's job except cashier I was taken advantage of so I believe all the ones who doesn't recommend hardees
