“This subway was so nice! My friends and I went in on a Sunday afternoon and we had the best experience! The 2 ladies working were so nice and friendly! And even though we paid separately they marked all our sandwiches and put them all in one bag so it was easier for us to carry all without us asking!! We will definitely be returning! The store was INCREDIBLY CLEAN!! The veggies looked super fresh and nice! They even went out of their way to make sure we got good veggies on our sandwiches!!“

But when he told me “don’t worry I’ll be done soon” and I hit him with the “don’t worry about it take your time” I realized bro turned on his prime time creating my sub.“

“I always check to make sure my favorite Sandwich artist, Samantha, is working before I place an order. She makes the experience fun, and puts your sandwich together in some kind of magical way that makes it taste just a little bit better than anyone else. She should definitely be the one in charge around there.“

“Ordered a chop salad 2/16/21I asked for a little bit of extra banana peppers.Got home. Sat down to dig in and found that my salad was 40% Banana pepper.I didn’t make this a 1 star because well.... I asked for it I guess?The associate on the phone told me I could bring it back tomorrow.Will update after.Update 2/17/21:Went back to the store today with the salad. Manager came by and gave me a refund for the salad and I was on my way. The crew present was courteous when I brought them up to speed on what happened.I’d visit the store again during the day thanks to this follow up.Not sure if I’ll go late at night again though lol“

“We came in around 7 o’clock and Thomas helped us, he listened when I said EXTRA pickles. Usually people only put a little extra but I really wanted a ridiculous amount of pickles and Thomas did not disappoint. I’m never going to another subway“

“We love Sandy! Since the day we met her here, we fell in love with her customer service, how she makes her sandwiches, the conversation, she’s so sweet! We drive all the way from South Bend just to experience her sandwich making skills. We appreciate her very much!“

“The store is always so clean and organized. They have very friendly staff and I feel comfortable eating there. They are fast and efficient as well, always making sure no one stays in line very long, bringing additional team members to help when needed.
