Absolute horrible customer service from Elwood Papa Johns. Ordered online and after 45 minutes called to see where our food was and they said they didn't have the order. I had to ask three times what about my money and the answer was call cooperate I guess. No phone number to call no help at all. So I have to go back online and figure out how to cancel the order and get my money back. We have a confirmation email and when I call to check on the order the automated system says...read full review
We waited an hour and a half before I finally called to find out where our order was. The guy on the phone said our pizza had been sitting there for an hour waiting on a driver and didn’t know when exactly it’d be delivered. Nothing was said on how they’d make this right and he said he couldn’t control when things can be delivered. I didn’t get a time until AFTER I got my order confirmation.
I ordered food last night and it was horrible. I've never had a problem before. The breadsticks was way over cooked my baby couldn't even eat them! I feel like I wasted money!
