When we checked in with the lady (also our server) I told her we had 3 adults and 2 children. She then asked if we were all doing the bowls and I said, “yes”. She told us to go on up to the bar and create our bowls. Again, I told her two children! We received the bill and she charged us for five adults. Good food and the service was good
Big Bang and Charlie’s Mongolian have always been known for whatever you can fit in your bowl for one price. This has since changed. They will charge you an over fee of $3 dollars if they decide it doesn’t fit in their to go box. This sounds like a to go box problem to me, or their bowls are too big. The staff is wonderful and the owners are incredible with customers. It's a go-to lunch and dinner place with a buffet style line. Diners fill their bowl with noodles, veggies, and meat, cover it with sauce, choose seasonings, and experts grill it to perfection. The food is always good in this dimly lit place, and service is always friendly. It's yummy and healthy DIY, with plenty of protein and vegetable choices. The price is right and customers can take home leftovers.
