Domino's Pizza in Evansville

“This review would have be a bad one, i called today to make sure my order that i placed on the 23rd was ready. I had ordered a total of 8 pizzas. When i spoke to an employee she said she had nothing, had me speak to the manager when i gave her my details she found my order and said someone voided it out. I begin to get upset. My daughter's birthday party started in 30 mins. Long story short she waw able to pull it off, made my ordered and had it ready in 15 mins at the spare of the moment. I really appreciate what she did!“

“This location is a lot better than many of the others in the area (specifically leagues above the one on south Green River Rd.). As others have stated, it can be hit or miss after 10pm, as on week nights, there is typically one person making food past 9-10pm. And if they get hit with a lot of orders in a short time frame, that one person has to bounce between making food, preparing food out of the oven, and handling counter/phones.

I will address another review that complained about there being 10 people working there and yet it taking 40 minutes to get food. There may have been 10 people on the schedule, but I doubt, unless they were there on a very busy Friday/Saturday, that 10 people were working in the store at the time. If it was very busy, 40 minutes for a carry out isn't terribly uncommon. Pizza isn't the quickest food to make in the first place, and I've had to wait 10 minutes after the app said it was in the oven (and it was, as I watched them put it in the oven, the oven is just slow).

I saw a few people complained about the app saying one thing and it actually being something else, like when the food will be ready/delivered. All I can say is that that sounds like a problem with the app, as apps have a tendency to say one thing regardless of what the actual situation is.

Not to sound like I'm glazing the store, but a lot of the complaints do seem a bit out of touch/misunderstanding a situation and misplacing blame. I will say that if you're trying to call after a certain time (9-10pm), they have a spotty record of answering. Probably has something to do with the previously mentioned only one person in the store past that time on week nights, and if they're slammed I can see them prioritizing pre-existing orders before taking in more.

But all & all, this store is among the best in Evansville. Better than the ones on St. Joe and South Green River Rd for sure.“

“Had a rough night. Kid had to stay at the Peyton Manning hospital. We hadn't eaten all day. Our driver was a genuinely nice woman who expressed her sympathy and our large order was 100% correct. Little things like that make an otherwise crappy evening just a little bit better“

“This was always a good neighborhood place. But ever since their remodel a year or so ago, it has been PHENOMENAL. Not sure if it's new owners or management, or maybe just some great new employees, but I get pizza here couple times a week and my kids love it.

Their attitude and friendly staff is awesome, and quality of pizza is amazing, at an unbelievable price, considering what you're getting.

Wings are horrible, but that's a dominos issue, the bbq sauce that I tried on wings was disgusting. But again, this is a pizza place and not made for premade wings.

“Been ordering from here for years, just because they have a great rewards system, got under cooked food late one night. The manager honored the food. When I tried to rediem it, the order took an hour, multiple calls, being they were recorded all should be found. They finally honored it an hr later. I just wanted some pizza and sandwiches.“
