The cake I got from Gayla was perfect. Everything my daughter asked for on her birthday cake. Handcrafted mermaid on top of the cake just like she asked for. It was also the first confetti cake I've tasted that wasn't dried out and still delicious. Gayla crushed it.
By far our favorite bakery in Evansville. We get all of our family’s b-day cakes here. They always impress with their ability to create beautifully decorated cakes and moreImportantly the cakes are delicious. Everyone we share with always asks where we got it and comments on the quality.

Had the opportunity to try Gayla cupcakes today and was extremely pleased. Absolutely great tasting. Shared some with my fellow employees and clients, everyone had the same impression. Loved everything about them! Thank you!!
