“I have always had great service at the Hardee’s on Illinois Street. My pup and I will go through the drive-through and it is one of our favorite drive-throughs in Evansville. We love when we see Shay. My pup especially enjoyed her birthday pup cup!“
“Once in a blue moon when I am on this side of town, I will stop and go through the drive through, generally only for breakfast. I stopped by earlier this week and it was the best service I have experienced at this location. I only of purchased 2 biscuits, a plain one and then the strawberry lemon one. It probably only took a minute, at most from the time I ordered at the speaker until I paid and received my order. With that being said, there were no other vehicles in the drive thru during that time. Referring to my receipt, Ms Consuela was the employee who was working at the window. She was kind, attentive, and pleasant. I don't know what changes this store has made, but I'm guessing management may be one of them. It was a smooth process from start to finish.“
