“First of all, the food and service is excellent at this location. But one thing I have to say about the manager Nathan. He is a great guy. When we left and went out to the car the battery was dead. We thought we were stranded. I went in and asked for help. He quickly got his car and jumper cables came over and got my car started. This guy's attitude and professionalism really impressed me. His regional manager should recognize this guy cuz he represents the company very well (and the ones taking our order were super nice too)“

“The team here is on point. I have nothing but nice things to say about this McDonald’s every time I go to Holiday world or to the casino. I always stop here at this little McDonald’s because everything is consistent fast fresh and friendly. These people knock it out of the park every time Penny was exceptionally friendly helping me get my 19,000 sauces because I’m saucy and after being left in the lobby for a little bit manager, made it right and gave me a free Coke for my wait. Just wanted to give a shout out to The Mann family the franchisee you own is a 10 out of a 10!!“

“We are traveling with a camper and pulled in to Ferdinand a little late - but not closing. The manager and workers were very kind and friendly as we ordered. Then they allowed us to “camp” (boondock) on their lot. Thanks for helping make our experience top notch!“

“I worked there you gotta deal with customers like Daniel that can’t actually remember that our salads don’t come with lettuce and is optional. But overall a good place for younger people to work. And the foods alright for the price. If you get disappointed because subway isn’t this fine dining experience than maybe go read the difference between fast food and restaurants. It’s not meant to be amazing.“
