We visited during a busy time, and unfortunately, they ran out of chicken, resulting in a short wait. Despite some impatient customers, the red-headed associate at the front provided exceptional customer service, making the experience positive overall.
In fairness I ordered pick up 14 minutes before close because I had worked in the service industry ALL day. I was short staffed because of call offs because it's cold out. I get it. BUT, you didn't have queso or literally ANY cheese at ALL? SERIOUSLY? I need someone to reach out. Obviously whoever is running this location doesn't care based on your rating. Expectations are poor at all at this location.

The service here was the best I've ever encountered at a Chipotle. The line was a few people deep, so I expected to wait a bit. The employees made each order incredibly quick while still treating everyone with respect. They were surprisingly upbeat and peppy!I will note they were out of fajita veggies.Overall still a great experience.
