Usually very happy with this store. I came in due to a free offer for cilantro and a drink with a purchase. They were out of cilantro, out of fajita veggies, and no ice for drink.
The restaurant is very dirty. There are 7 employees working but the trash is full, tables are dirty, bathroom is dirty. How does a customer trust clean healthy food if everything is dirty?
went during the 3 o’clock hour and it was filthy in the store. not only is it filthy but there’s a long line with only one girl on there making food! and some girl kinds helping. the manager clearly needs more help managing. we waited in line for 10 minutes just for them to tell us they didn’t have any white rice. the base for basically every entree! then they told it was going to be 3 minutes. we could only wait for 5 until we decided to go to qdoba next door who was ready...read full review
