Went for lunch before having to pick up the kids. Food was hot, fresh, and ready quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely will be returning.
Bo and Killian are the best absolutely legendary. This pizza place is the best in fishers period…. I have grown up on this pizza. Love it

HotBox Pizza offers a mixed dining experience. While some customers praise the manager and staff for their friendly service, others have pointed out cleanliness issues at the location. Despite clean floors and seats, the restaurant had dirty glass, unwiped table tops, and smelly bathrooms. Some customers experienced slow service, with staff seeming uninterested. However, the food itself received positive feedback, especially for the amazing pizza and good breadsticks. One reviewer even stated that the pizza is fantastic, making it their favorite pizza restaurant. Despite some recent complaints about service delays and quality inconsistencies with the breadsticks, HotBox Pizza seems to excel in carry-out service, with areas needing improvement for the dine-in experience.
