There is no DoorDash lane for pickup yet there is so much staff standing around doing nothing while there is a line out the door. Delivery for this stupid place wouldn’t be upwards of an hour if dashers didn’t have to wait in line with everyone trying to be seated. It’s embarrassing how poorly this place is ran when all the things served could be made at home pretty easily.
Perhaps train your staff better and have more organization throughout your overpriced location....read full review
2nd attempt to try this place was finally successful. First attempt was disappointing when they didn’t open until 4pm. However, the posted hours are noon to midnight on Saturday but they did not open until 12:20 leaving us waiting in the cold. We were able to get the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup, but people behind us were served before us. Plus the chocolate was not gooey it was hard. Drove all the way from greenwood and they changed the hours to open at 4 instead of noon. There were several other people in the parking lot and some who had driven further. Boooooooo!!!
