Food was good. Staff and manager were very gracious and went above and beyond to fix a mistake on a very large group order. Would order from this location again given their excellent customer service and good food
The service was fantastic, the sub was standard compared to other hot sub sandwich businesses. Little to no flavor on the prime rib steak sandwich and the bread was basic.

Potbelly is a quick sandwich shop. The food is good and the service is fantastic. The crew and manager are gracious and go above and beyond to fix mistakes on large group orders. The Italian is fantastic, and the Italian with Marinara is a fantastic sandwich. The prime rib steak sandwich had little to no flavor and the bread was basic. The sub was standard compared to other hot sub sandwich businesses. Potbelly also has the best milkshakes. Sandwiches or salads are prepared with care, and you can control how healthy you would like this food. Online orders are done on-time and correct. The service has improved lately. This is a new place to eat.
