I love the decor
Five stars for the incredible team at this Dairy Queen! Being a tourist whose English isn't very strong, ordering can sometimes be stressful, but they made me feel so welcome. They took their time to explain the menu options and made fantastic recommendations. Truly appreciated their kindness and great hospitality🙏❤

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a restaurant that offers pleasant service and great food. The biscuits are a highlight, being described as fresh and not stale. Everyone is always very friendly and professional and the strawberry sundaes are magically delicious. Service is slow even when they're not busy. A complaint was made regarding the breakfast burrito combo, which does not include a separate hashbrown and is smaller than at other locations. It was suggested that the staff could benefit from improved interpersonal skills and training to enhance the overall customer experience.
