“My wife and I got a rare evening to have dinner out with each other. We do t like chains so mom n pops are where we try to go. We’ve wanted to try Nesbit Inn for quite awhile and it did NOT disappoint! We started with the Potato Spikes and the Corn Nuggets. Both were great but the maple syrup spin on the corn nuggets was a game changer! She had the best grilled chicken sandwich she has ever had (her words) and I had the Nesbit Platter that was amazing! The fishbowl was cold, the food and service was great and we’ll definitely be back!“

Our drinks weren't empty, she was polite, friendly, we received a perfect order(and we had a few changes), attentive, and we didn't have to wait for our order to be taken. I ordered the cheeseburger served on a fajita plate, with cheese as a base. It has a name, thatbI obviously forgot, BUT the important fact is that whomever cooked that beast, cooked it PERFECTLY! I unexpectedly had one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever eaten. I expected what I always get, but this thing was the perfect temperature, perfect amount of every ingredient, and the damn thing had been in the oven as well as cooked on the griddle and it was still perfect. That wasn't Applebee's, that was the kitchen! My business partner and I had had a very long day, and our short time here was very, surprisingly, enjoyable. Kudos to the crew!“

“Came to this restaurant to have an after funeral dinner, 6/21/2023 4pm. Where we were met with wait staff making nasty/rude comments about coming in as a big group. The waitress we had was stuck serving the big group by herself as the rest of the wait staff stood and watched even though the rest of the restaurant was empty (only 1 other table). Our waitress said she would be back to receive the rest of the orders for our table, then forgot them. When reminded the waitress got rude "I'm doing the best I can" and threw her hands in the air. Then said "it's not my fault they came in late". The staff is very unprofessional. No management to be seen, unsure as to why the store was aloud to be ran like this. I am really unimpressed, which is sad. This was our first time eating inside and to be treated like that after losing a loved one isn't the way to be towards customers. I will not be back.“

We had a company dinner at Haub House, and it was incredible from the moment we walked in. The space itself is absolutely lovely — warm, inviting, and truly breathtaking in its atmosphere. It set the perfect tone for the evening.

The wait staff was exceptional: attentive, friendly, and genuinely on top of every detail. The food was amazing. The chicken ended up being my favorite dish of the night, but the steak was right there with it. And the green beans and mac & cheese were off the charts. Every single thing we tried was delicious.

I’ll definitely be a frequent client after this experience. Highly recommend!“

Biscuits and gravy was average.
