Arby's in Fort Wayne

“We stopped by here on the way home and had a pretty good experience. I did not get any food pictures, but it was consistent with what Arby's food looks like. We used the drive thru and the service was pretty fast. The people at the speaker and at the window were friendly. The parking lot was kept clean. Our food was still warm when we got home to eat. Would stop here again.

Vegetarian options: They offer salads. The salads may include meat, so you'll have to request no meat.

Parking: There is a large free parking lot around the building.

Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu including chicken fingers.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is on the first floor and have a ramp up to the door. They offer low top tables.“

“We had driven about 5 hours to a Dr appointment in another state, and we had just enough time to grab a quick sandwich here close to our destination. Staff got right on the order and got everything done quickly and hot. Place was neat and friendly.“

“So, this is the second Arby's in Fort Wayne I have been to in the last month. It's Lent. The service was great! The floors were really clean! Our food was hot. When I asked for more stuff on my sandwich as it didn't look like the picture, the counter lady gave me a heaping ramekin of lettuce and tartar sauce. Good job! Way better than the Illinois Rd Arby's. BTW, when I wrote my review of Illinois rd, they told me to tell someone else. Wow.“

“This location does an outstanding job. I recently started stopping here quick on my way to class after work every so often. 3 times thus far, and my service has been quick and kind and my food hot and fresh. The young men I’ve dealt with have been excellent! Well done!“

“We stopped by for a quick lunch and we’re overall happy with the experience. The cashier was friendly. The food did not take long to prepare, and it came out fresh. The curly fries were perfectly cooked. The only thing I have issues with is the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was no towels in the bathroom and it looked a little dirty. Overall, I’m content with the food as a serviceable fast food meal.“

“The food honestly was pretty good, I went at 11:50am it was made pretty fast and correctly for my friend who changed specific things for dietary reasons. The fries were dropped hot and fresh and we were in and out of the drove thru no more than 10 minutes even with pulling our car to the door.“

“Walked in looked over the menu, the cashier came up took my order. Showed me the size of the mac and cheese serving. She never stopped smiling. They made the food fresh and packaged it up for me. I would come back for the freshly made food and the smile!!“

“These people are awesome. For everyone complaining, if you wanna work, they need people. They are short staffed due to covid. Sometimes only having 1 staff member available. If you can run the whole place alone I wanna see you try. Some of them are working 100 hours a week, dealing with people like you. Trust me, you're not great.Good job guys on trying as hard as you are. Some people are just too selfish or d*** to realize what's going on in the world.“

“The crew was very cordial very light atmosphere did absolutely everything too perfection I called the store because just like I told the gentleman on the phone everybody takes the time out to complain it takes less time to drop a compliment this crew did absolutely everything above and beyond my expectations.“
