“We had driven about 5 hours to a Dr appointment in another state, and we had just enough time to grab a quick sandwich here close to our destination. Staff got right on the order and got everything done quickly and hot. Place was neat and friendly.“
“So, this is the second Arby's in Fort Wayne I have been to in the last month. It's Lent. The service was great! The floors were really clean! Our food was hot. When I asked for more stuff on my sandwich as it didn't look like the picture, the counter lady gave me a heaping ramekin of lettuce and tartar sauce. Good job! Way better than the Illinois Rd Arby's. BTW, when I wrote my review of Illinois rd, they told me to tell someone else. Wow.“
“Super friendly staff.
Great service.
Nice clean dinning area.
Nice and clean bathrooms.
We had three regular Rostbeef sandwiches and jalapeño popers side for lunch.
It was a good stop here.
???
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is available so you can get In and out.“
“I went there and got a sandwich and large fry only. If someone spends the money on a large fry then that’s what you give them. You don’t give them basically a medium in a large fry container. Other than that my fries were fresh and so was the sandwich. I saw it come out of the fryer.“
“I asked if they had fresh fries, they said they could make some and they did not. They gave me fries that were cold
Parking: Lot of parking
Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for wheelchairs“
“The food was so perfect. It was even later in the night & it was still super hot & fresh!♡ But let's get to the most important part! The customer service was amazing. The guy at the window even gave my dog a pup cup! they were
super friendly, fast &
welcoming, thank you, guys!♡“
“These people are awesome. For everyone complaining, if you wanna work, they need people. They are short staffed due to covid. Sometimes only having 1 staff member available. If you can run the whole place alone I wanna see you try. Some of them are working 100 hours a week, dealing with people like you. Trust me, you're not great.Good job guys on trying as hard as you are. Some people are just too selfish or d*** to realize what's going on in the world.“
“⭐⭐⭐⭐
Despite the challenges of the area, this Arby’s stands out as a well-run establishment. The service is consistently excellent, with staff who are professional and efficient. The restaurant is always clean, and I’ve never encountered any major issues with orders or wait times. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-maintained, making it a solid choice for a quick meal. While there’s always room for improvement, this location does a great job overall.“
“Wonderful workers! I ordered pickup and asked if I could use the drive thru because I had my two sons who have autism in my vehicle. They had me pull up next to the door and brought our food out to me. As a worn out mom, I genuinely appreciated their kindness!“
“Once a week if I’m lucky or if not so lucky at least once a month I will treat myself to fast food. This is the ONLY dependable place at 7am in the morning that has chocolate shakes. It’s the same nice man every time who takes my order and money, and hands me the good food. I know it doesn’t seem like such a big deal but it is. The potato side is always HOT! And bacon egg and cheese biscuit is always delicious and that damn chocolate shake is exactly what I need after my night shift.“
“Get a Reuben tell them not to cut it. Take it home. Butter up the bread and fry that baby up like a grilled cheese. You'll thank me.Extra thousand Island if you're classy.
Parking: Plenty of spots and order pickup.
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly atmosphere
Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk ramps and close handicap parking.“
“Thanks to the 9/2/24 afternoon crew for my hot and fresh chicken snack wraps! I’m using a walking boot and crutches, and they brought my meal to my table.
This location has handicapped parking spaces near the door, but no push button. On crutches, l was able to open the door just barely, and had to step into the door and push it with my body to keep the door open and enter the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is not an automatic or push button door. In a manual wheelchair you have to be pretty dexterous to open the door and wheel yourself in before it closes again. It is a heavy door that opens outward into a small vestibule and then there is another door before you enter the restaurant. The bathroom is nice and large and has grab bars. ♿️ seems to be for people who are mobile but maybe tire easily or have someone with them to help them with doors, not actual manual or power wheelchair users.“
“We stopped by here on the way home and had a pretty good experience. I did not get any food pictures, but it was consistent with what Arby's food looks like. We used the drive thru and the service was pretty fast. The people at the speaker and at the window were friendly. The parking lot was kept clean. Our food was still warm when we got home to eat. Would stop here again.
Vegetarian options: They offer salads. The salads may include meat, so you'll have to request no meat.
Parking: There is a large free parking lot around the building.
Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu including chicken fingers.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is on the first floor and have a ramp up to the door. They offer low top tables.“
