Arby's in Fort Wayne

“The service absolutely is the best at this location. Been here multiple times and each time everyone is so nice and inviting. This is the way a place should be run, it's apparent that they have some good leadership and staff take pride in what they do.“

“So, this is the second Arby's in Fort Wayne I have been to in the last month. It's Lent. The service was great! The floors were really clean! Our food was hot. When I asked for more stuff on my sandwich as it didn't look like the picture, the counter lady gave me a heaping ramekin of lettuce and tartar sauce. Good job! Way better than the Illinois Rd Arby's. BTW, when I wrote my review of Illinois rd, they told me to tell someone else. Wow.“

“We had driven about 5 hours to a Dr appointment in another state, and we had just enough time to grab a quick sandwich here close to our destination. Staff got right on the order and got everything done quickly and hot. Place was neat and friendly.“

“I actually decided to eat-in. What an excellent choice! I was able to use my coupon on my order. The food came out fast and hot! The General Manager is who took my order when I went up for a second time to get something for my mother. Again, it came out fast and hot! I have an Arby's really close to my home but think I'll go out of my way to hit up this E. State Blvd. location.“

“This location does an outstanding job. I recently started stopping here quick on my way to class after work every so often. 3 times thus far, and my service has been quick and kind and my food hot and fresh. The young men I’ve dealt with have been excellent! Well done!“

“We stopped by for a quick lunch and we’re overall happy with the experience. The cashier was friendly. The food did not take long to prepare, and it came out fresh. The curly fries were perfectly cooked. The only thing I have issues with is the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was no towels in the bathroom and it looked a little dirty. Overall, I’m content with the food as a serviceable fast food meal.“

“I stopped in here for a quick snack while on a work trip and had an excellent experience. Clean restroom and Bart at the counter was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. That's kind of a rare find in most fast food places. I will definitely be back in the future. Well done sir.“

“They have a weird policy for the drive thru. When you pay at the window, they have you pull forward and wait at the back door for your food every time even when nobody else is in line. This is the only drive thru in history that makes you do this weird thing.“

“Wonderful workers! I ordered pickup and asked if I could use the drive thru because I had my two sons who have autism in my vehicle. They had me pull up next to the door and brought our food out to me. As a worn out mom, I genuinely appreciated their kindness!“

“These people are awesome. For everyone complaining, if you wanna work, they need people. They are short staffed due to covid. Sometimes only having 1 staff member available. If you can run the whole place alone I wanna see you try. Some of them are working 100 hours a week, dealing with people like you. Trust me, you're not great.Good job guys on trying as hard as you are. Some people are just too selfish or d*** to realize what's going on in the world.“

“Came in today. Line outside was wrapped and inside was a handful of people. There were only 2-3 employees all of whom were hustling non-stop. Sure, it took a few more minutes than usual but our food was fresh and delicious. Get these employees more money or more help!“

“I used to have the Marion, Indiana north location make me a root beer shake. A vanilla shake with root beer in it. Those French dip with swiss are just heaven! Curly fries and a cup of cheddar? SLAP!!!! I just need yall to bring back the bacon cheddar deluxe. Bacon on anything. Not sure why it wasn't a top seller.“
