“We had Mission BBQ cater our wedding and they did absolutely amazing! The whole staff were the absolute sweetest people and we are so grateful to have them be a part of our special day! The food was amazing, we had so many compliments from guests. There was only one hiccup that was not their fault and they handled it so well. They truly care about what they do. Our only regret is we did not have cash on us to tip them more than we planned! We will be life long supporters. Thank you Mission BBQ team 💕“

“Came in on a Friday night with a couple friends and the place had a nice, laid back vibe. It wasn’t too loud, which I appreciated since we actually wanted to talk. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was pretty solid, juicy and cooked how I asked. The wings were decent too, good flavor but not crazy spicy. Service took a little while when it got busy, but our server kept checking in and was friendly the whole time. Prices felt fair for what you get. Overall, it’s a reliable neighborhood bar & grill and I’d go back again.“

This place is awesome. The staff was attentive and the portion sizes and worth every penny of the reasonably menu items.
Wife had brisket with white corn cheddar and cheesy potatoes as sides - WoW!
I had burnt ends with shaved Brussel sprouts and fresh cold broccoli salad - phenomenal!!!

Again ample portions- hell, we took half our meals home…. Which our son promptly finished off 🧐

This is a great place and despite the 90 minute drive, we will return. Believe me, it’s worth the small detour off I-69 when running north or south.

“My church had NSH to cater our Pastor Annv and the food was delicious. We had fried chicken wings, Mac n cheese and yams and everything was very good. What surprised and pleased me was the sweet potato was fresh, not can. So many would have taken the short cut and used can sweet potatoes. We will definitely use them for events at the church from now on. The atmosphere rating is based on their corporation and how profession they were. Ty NSH“

I realize that it's a little pricey but please remember that they are not a big business they're not going to have access to cheaper prices for their products so I understand why their price points are where they are but the food tastes amazing! “I tried Shigs in Pit for the first time today and Wow were the ribs ever delicious. They were like country style ribs and literally so tender and moist they truly melted in your mouth. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for ribs from now on. Excellent!!! Maplecrest location.“

“Best Barbeque in town hands down. If you have never eaten at Shigs you owe it to yourself to correct that oversight. We order the holiday meal every year and the time it saves is worth every penny but the food puts it over the top as a no brainer! They added pulled turkey this year and it was a big hit with us. I hope they never stop offering it.“

“I visited for my first time for savor fort wayne. I got the hot pot experience. We tried the Korean corn dog and the chicken dumplings for a starter. They were both amazing! For the meats I got brisket and ribeye. The brisket was SO tender. They have a great selection at the bar for additions for the soup. I loved everything I tried. I will definitely be back!“
