“Genuinely one of the best burgers I have ever had, we drove from south Dakota and decided to pop in to try something new. The sauce, burger, onion rings. Mind blowing, some of the best food I have ever had. The burger melts in your mouth, the sauce is a beautiful mix of sweet and spicy, the onion rings fried to perfection. I can't praise this place enough!“

“Hamburgers are good (junior size is plenty). Onion rings are to die for, but the fries kinda fell flat for me. Hot, but I like a thicker fry (not that these are thin), but they leave the skin on parts, and they’re small in length and a little greasy for my taste. Plus, it’s expensive (in my opinion) for a burger, fries and a drink - two of us, and it was over $27 with no liquor. They do have beer and some IPA’s on tap, but we stuck with Diet Coke.“

“Birdie’s is a huge gem in the crown of Ft. Wayne! Great drinks, creative menu and bartenders/ staff are top notch! I highly recommend stopping here should you find yourself in the “Fort”. If you’re fortunate you’ll find Tory who is very talented in mixology , she is witty and funny. Also an unforgettable bloke, Richie, who will do everything to make sure you are happy. “⭐⭐ 2 stars for food and service 5 stars for Corey B My husband and I visited Summit City Comedy Club last night for the 7:00 PM show featuring headliner Corey B. Corey B was excellent and the performance was the highlight of the night. Unfortunately, the service and food issues made the overall experience disappointing. We arrived around 6:00 PM and were seated promptly. Our server took our initial drink order, and we placed a food order at approximately 6:15 PM (fried pickles and beef nachos). After that, we were ignored much of the time. We received little to no communication or follow-up, and we repeatedly had to flag our server down to order additional drinks and to ask for updates. When we were able to get their attention, the interactions felt dismissive, and the service was inattentive. Our food didn’t arrive until close to 7:30 PM. When it did, it was cold and hard, as if it had been sitting for a while. We chose not to address it during the performance because we didn’t want to interrupt the show, so we paid at the end of the night and left. Later that evening, both my husband and I became unexpectedly ill. While we can’t confirm the source, the food from the venue was the only meal either of us had that day. I’m sharing this feedback because the entertainment was great, but the service and food execution fell short. I would appreciate a follow-up from management regarding the delays, the food quality, and whether a refund or credit is available.“

“So the day before my wedding my maid of honor and some friends from out of town and myself stopped in for a quick bite at the Lima location on our way out of the Fort. my maid of honor says lets have a contest who can eat one the fastest (then adds i know Brandi wont win she eats like a bird) as we pulled in. The employees had no clue what they were in for when we walked in lol Let me tell ya when i say all of the employees jumped on board and where in it! They held our phones, they had phones, we all laughed sooooo hard!!! it was an on the spot event at that point! I won.... haha they gave me a stuffed coney right off their shelf!! “I was there last night 2/14. There was a group 10 women. Our server was Angel . She was an amazing server. She was so capable of explaining anything about the menu...very prompt with taking our drink orders and having them to us in a very timely manner. Angel has a knack for making customers feel very comfortable. She is one if the best servers I have had in a very long time. She was always smiling and has an awesome personality. When I come back I definitely want her as my server again!!! Keep up the amazing job Angel .“

“Went with a theater group and we usually go to another ihop, and I was really nervous about the staffing. The other ihop is always terrible, bad service, telling us to be quiet and giving us our food hours later.

This ihop was magical. We got our orders almost immediately, were given our food in around 15 minutes, and enjoyed the recommendations they gave

“Today as I drove by Burger King I thought, Oooo BK Onion Rings sounds good! So I turned around and went through the drive thru. The sweetest, nicest, happiest person took my order and handed me my food through the window. My order ticket says her name is Shanelle. I want to give her high praise for being so awesome and making my day brighter just from her personal radiant energy! Shanelle, besides sharing my love of cinnamon oatmeal cookies, YOU are awesome!! You managed to fill my order, carry on a conversation about cookies with me, while giving the next customer in line perfect and professional service. You rock!! “Hadn't been here in a few years. Decided to come back today and was quite surprised. Staff weren't the nicest, but were still nice. The floor isn't super clean, and has actually never been. Otherwise, tables were clean and food was very delicious. Fries were better than I remember (especially the seasoning), and the Frisco melt is definitely worth getting again. Electronic ordering is strange; there are no waiters, and you have to scan a QR code on your receipt to activate the soda fountain which is strange but the future is now I guess. Glad this restaurant is still around, I'll definitely be back.“

“Came here on the first day of spring to get FREE ICE CREAM! For those of you who don't know, you can get a FREE. yes FREE vanilla ice cream cone. Highly recommend for thair outstanding service. Great place to go for lunch, ice cream, or any food for that matter. Outstanding, and I love the small size of the Dairy Queen. It's just so cute“
