“The Chipotle on Lima Road is by far the best one in town. The employees are attentive, the place is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. The specialty drink machines were full.
I can't say the same for the Chipotle on Clinton and Coliseum. They have five employees hiding in the backroom while one employee waits on customers, including taking money. These five employees would peak out periodically, but only to hide again. One employee made his own burrito and came out into the restaurant to eat with eight people standing in line and one person filling orders and running the cash register. I understand employees need time to eat as well, but you don't leave eight customers standing in line to eat while one person does everything. And why were there five employees hiding in the back?
I love Chipotle and I take my four grandkids there every other Tuesday night because the love it, too. Our new Chipotle home is now the one on Lima Rd. Thank you to the manager and employees there for keeping your restaurant clean, your specialty drinks full and making us feel seen and welcomed!!!“
“Omg went here for my first time today ate let me say everyone kid in my household was devouring this burrito absolutely the best not really kid friendly but take it was so quick great environment and the servers were amazing and helpful I think mine was linny or lin she was super nice this was before she actually got it all wrapped up and well worth the 17$ it's an art work the way they get it all to fit in the wraps great job guys I did the barbacoa and it was amazing“

She handled everything with a positive attitude, worked efficiently, and made sure my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. “Fantastic experience at this location yesterday! My sister is coeliac and was looking for a quick bite to eat so we stopped by. The staff were super accommodating, making sure there was a clean space cleared to prep her food, as well as ensuring there was no cross contamination!
