I've been a HUGE FAN from the beginning, but I've noticed a significant reduction lately in the quality of ingredients and overall taste. DeBrand has been the only chocolate I have recommended for decades, but sadly I will no longer recommend or support this business. They are no longer living up to their long established superior quality reputation. Major disappointment.
My first experience visiting the Keystone at the Crossing location in Indianapolis was made special by staff member, William. He was amazing from start to finish. I appreciate William’s kindness, attention to my needs as a customer and warm personality. I want to extend a round of applause for William’s phenomenal customer service.
We celebrated my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday at DeBrand’s. My daughter had an absolutely wonderful party! The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend the Icecream sundae’s. They are scrumptious! Thanks again for making my daughter’s day!
