Average experience for an average place. Nothing extraordinary about the food or the service or the atmosphere. After delivering the food no one came back to check on us until they brought the bill. They do not have tables that seat more than 6 people, so don't ask. Not me, That's what the sign on the wall says. (Hahaha missed that photo op). Even though we didn't smoke the ribs ourselves we went home smelling as if we did. So don't bother showering before dinner because you'll need one afterwards. Nice but not the best BBQ in Fort Wayne. Not even close.

We’ve lived in the south and love our BBQ!
This place is awesome. The staff was attentive and the portion sizes and worth every penny of the reasonably menu items. Wife had brisket with white corn cheddar and cheesy potatoes as sides - WoW! I had burnt ends with shaved Brussel sprouts and fresh cold broccoli salad - phenomenal!!!
Again ample portions- hell, we took half our meals home…. Which our son promptly finished off 🧐
This is a great place and despite the 90 minute drive, we will return. Believe me, it’s worth the small detour off I-69 when running north or south.
We stopped on a Saturday just after noon, and just ahead of the lunch crowd.

We love Lucille's, enough said. We try and time it out perfectly to get their burnt ends but they are clearly a favorite amongst everyone. The build your own bowl is the BEST way to go. You get a little bit of everything in each bite. Even the nachos, Sammies, or Taco can't miss. I mean cheese potatoes ON A BURGER! AMAZING!!

Waitress was very nice and explained things but our food when first served was Luke warm sent it back you can tell they just threw it on the flat grill and everything taste bland except the baked beans. My boyfriend stomach started getting upset while we were still there. We definitely will not return...

I ordered a full brisket nacho food was fast to come out and very good
I got the bowl with potatoes,corn and pulled pork. Amazing taste. Big portions. Meat was perfect. House bbq sause was sweet and smoky. The corn was different and would recommend. I couldn't help digging in before I took a picture.
The server was amazing. On top of the drinks and answered all questions.
The restaurant was clean and no complaints. Table with all sauces we as great. And they each had a sign with the flavors.

For a bbq in Indiana I was surprised of the flavors of the smoked brisket and pulled pork was on point of a good Texas bbq. The poblento Mac and cheese was to die for also had the cheese potatoes was good reminded me of a hashbrown casserole. The big surprise was the white cheese corn it was delicious. Price was a little high but they made up for it in portion control. The service staff was super nice and she was very helpful and went above and beyond.
