Excellent customer service in the shipping department. Very fast loading I was only there about an hour, and I was an hour early. Plenty of room to move around and back in the doors ??
Got held up at shipper for almost 6 hours.Was almost 5 hours late for my delivery appointment.The guy inside the office was incredibly friendly and answered a ton of my questions about the facility operation.Shipper also damaged and screwed up some internal stuff on the order.He was doing everything by himself and with all the problems still got me out of there in just over 2 hours.Nicest guy I've dealt with on the road in a very long time and great experience with a very messed...read full review

Tankers: they load you 24hrs a day takes roughly 3 hrs to load. Make sure you show up at your appointment time that is when your load of chocolate should be ready. If you are early they have a few spaces for parking is all. I was early and they let me park there to wait they have bathrooms across from the scale.
