“OK, so here is my experience tonight with hideout 125. Welcoming and kind greeting at the door. Great service great food from start to finish, the atmosphere. Prefer the new hideout over the old personally. I might just go there tomorrow night for dessert only to get that French toast bread pudding, one more time. 10/10“

The service was outstanding and intimate. Abby was engaging and truly enjoyed serving us. Even the wait staff was delightful -- thanks Carol! When we return to Ft. “Ate lunch at this seafood restaurant during a trip through Fort Wayne. The restaurant was not crowded at all so there was plenty of parking andf we were seated right away during the visit. The menu is a bit cumbersome because they have items listed as lunch items which would indicate some sort of price or serving size difference but we were told the price and sizes were the same regardless of the meal.

We ordered onion rings as an appetizer and they were good. We ordered two different seafood boils, fried alligator, and fried shrimp for our entrees. The boils were good and seasoned appropriately. The fried gator and shrimp were good but could have used more seasoning. The staff we encountered were friendly and explained the menu selections. Overall, it was a good visit and if I was in the area I would eatr at this place again.“

“Stopped by at the beginning of the lunch hour and there were no other customers around. As I approached the building, I was quickly able to decide that I wanted a #4 thanks to the common meals advertised in the windows. It was wings and a catfish fillet. I was surprised that it came with 5 whole wings.

Nonetheless, went in, placed the order and watched to fod being freshly prepared through the clear glass. I waited outside for about 15 minutes and the food was hot and tasted fresh. I had to take off a star because the lobby area could use a little TLC. Thanks for the experience!“

“This place rarely fails. The service was spectacular. The salad bar is famous itself, but the steaks did not disappoint. I ordered the coffee crusted Ribeye, and my wife ordered the filet. Both were full of flavor and very tender. My only critique was dessert. They brought out the creme brulee, and the top was perfect, but the bottom was warm and very runny. So runny that the area you just took a spoonful from filled back in. Great flavor but disappointing texture. We mentioned this to our waitres, and she apologized, but nothing else was done about it. My wife ordered a martini and loved it. I tried the ultimate margarita with Don Julio, but it was not good at all as even though i stirred it, it was all tequila and nothing else. Overall, it was still a good experience.“

We spoke to him in person and follow up phone calls. Never going back, can't trust them anymore. How many other people has this happened to?“

“Last night the service was very slow. Waiter wasn't on his game. Didn't listen to our order very well. Food was OK. We were looking for another place other than Paula's but didn't find it here. My wife talked with the manager on the way out but got no response. People came in after we were seated and received their meals promptly. We did not.“

My wife's medallions were delicious as well. We ended the evening with their delicious carrot cake, which was complementary because it was a special occasion. Our setting was quiet because we were in the side room. The main dining room is noisier.“

We decided to take a chance and get carry out steaks (we were a little skeptical of getting our food to go, especially when you’re spending over $100 in steak and sides). Once we got home, our food was just as good as if we were sitting in the restaurant eating! Trolley Bar did not disappoint and everyone did a great job from start to finish. Thank you!“
