“I waited about 10 minutes when i walked inside to be acknowledged in any way. I watched drive thru and immediate responses were normal. I guess it's their focus on online folks and drive thru over walk ins, maybe too busy, etc. The food was ok, hot and as expected. The drink I get at Starbucks to gauge them all was good. Love the sitting place outside. I can watch ppl going the wrong way in Jeffersons one way. Guys coming up to ask for money. City life! I love that part and the decor is great, old gas station or auto service place. Overall recommended just wondering about priorities.“

“The people that work at this location go above and beyond to make your experience special. The Starbucks is conveniently located within Target and is well organized and staffed.

Tyler, Bobby, and Emmie are all so helpful and kind. Emmie even wrote a special message on our daughter's cup further making it all fun and memorable! Drinks were great and will return again and again!“

“I usually have amazing service everytime I go there’re before or on my break at work. Though the past couple times my drink has been given to me super sticky and coffee dripping from the cup. The lady that took my order and made it seemed like she absolutely didn’t want to be there. I said have a good day and was friendly and none of it was reciprocated back“

The baristas were friendly and the store is very cute however the drive thru gets all the attention and if you pop in for a quick cup of drip coffee you wait and if you dont receive the proper amount of sugar and cream then you wait EXTRA long for help. I was not the only customer experiencing this. There were 9 partners on the schedule when I was in. Crazy that no one focuses on the face to face guests any longer. BRING BACK THE CONDIMENT BAR Starbucks so we can fix our own $6 cupper!!!!!

Parking: The entrance is from the side and if you want to avoid the drive thru mess it’s difficult to find the other entrance.“

Despite the location not being the most picturesque, the moment you step inside, all of that fades away, replaced by the comforting hum of espresso machines and the promise of a good day ahead.

“I love Starbucks but recently it’s been a pain. With stores being closed inside and drive thru lines being outrageously long. After waiting 10-15 minutes in the line I finally get my stuff and had to dump my whole drink out because it was disgusting! I always order a strawberry acai refresher with water and it’s almost $6 for the size I get and It literally tasted like plain barely flavored water. I literally paid $6 for a water with two dried strawberries on top. Do better.“

“Excellent customer service! Everyone was very friendly. I ordered cups online that were out of stock and they were extremely kind, apologetic and helpful. No questions asked they offered for me to pick out replacements. I watched an employee pull shades down for a couple eating to block the sun without them needing to ask. They were cleaning and it was very nice inside.“

“Always find that the store is extremely messy in the clothing and shoe departments. They often lack multiple sizes for girls clothing. The shoes are virtually impossible to find and you can't get through the department when there are holiday sales. They should really consider hiring somebody just to organize the kids shoes and clothing. Regardless of Targets shortcomings its still a win❤️“

“I had to put my dog down today so I took him to get a pup cup. Of course it’s not normal for dogs to have caramel but the workers were so sweet and understanding with the situation, they were willing to add a little bit of caramel to his pup cup before I took him to the vet and they were so sweet. This is by far my favorite Starbucks location in Fort Wayne“

“In December of 2023, this place was renovated and turned into a mobile order pick-up and drive through only, location. There are no public bathrooms! Be prepared! Also, there is no menu to peruse while you order. Your app has that and more for you to know what to get! Know your order prior to going in to save everyone a little time and if you don't know what to get, I suggest a doppio if you're a newbie and a quad, if you're an expert coffee drinker, with just a hint of a splash of coconut milk and 1 or 2 sugars-in-the-raw if you're feeling sweet! ?

The staff is amazing and kind and very good with making your drink especially how you want it! They're good conversationalists, while you wait, as well! Great team of people!“

“This is one of my favorite Starbies to go to. I go in almost daily and my drink is always made correctly. There have been a few time I even screwed up ordering on the App and they fixed it for me no problem. As soon as anyone walks in they say Hello or Good Morning. Staff is super friendly and they know their stuff.“
