“Of the several times I've been here, all but once had the same workers. All were very good, but one young woman with glasses and a nose ring, and a blond headed woman were both exceptionally kind. The one time I was there and it was different women working, I still had good service.“

“I has been in this store many times before Covid hit in 2020. The service quality went down after Covid and prices spiraled higher. I was avoiding this store for a long while as they were focused on the drive-thru customers. When I go to Stsrbuck's, I like the in-store experience where I can talk with friends, read a book, work on a lap top, etc. I switched to the Starbuck's cafe at Martin's supermarket which is only 500 ft away. The Martin's Starbuck's makes equally good coffee drinks and has plenty of seating including booths and comfy chairs. However, in my last 3 visits to the Heritage Square store, they are slowly winning me back. The service is much better now and the food and drinks have improved. It seems they are showing more love for the in-store customers again!“
