Starbucks in Kalamazoo

“Approaching the building was a bit of a task, its hidden from the highway. We went to the restrooms and there was no toilet paper! We did however, graced them with business and got coffees and water. I tried the new Horchata shaken espresso amd she got her normal cold brew.“

“Just stopped in. Just wanna thank the barista working tonight I didn't catch her name but she was really nice and generous. Took a sip of both coffees and they are the best mochas I've tasted from Starbucks. Hope she's working again when I come in next.“

“I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name but great customer service by the two gentlemen taking orders. They were smiling and striking a conversation with me and my youngest son. Way to go to those two guys. Thanks for making my day. My youngest even said mom that was great customer service. Keep it up.“

“They are so friendly! I've been in there twice and I was already dreading my work day but they left me a fun little message on my cup! I used to be a regular at biggbys a lot but they hurt my stomach and was often too sweet, but Starbucks always seems to have a perfect balance, definitely going to be a returning customer since it's been so nice 2 days in a row!“

“If I were to describe my visit in one word, it would be delighted, but one word does not do this place justice. I did not know quite what to expect as I have never been to a coffee shop before, but it's safe to say I was more than delightfully surprised! The interior seating was immaculately upkept and just spaced out enough to feel like home. The selection of goods was astonishing! However, what really made the trip was the amazing service I received. I am sure all the staff that work here are awesome, but today, I was blessed to have Abigail as a barista. She was exceptionally kind and patient with a first timer like myself, and, even through the flurry of orders, she was able to curate a genuine connection with me! I recommend everyone to give this place a shot! It is truly exceptional in every way!“

“I must say, that I dont typically leave a review for a Starbucks, but THIS ONE was repeatedly fabulous! Remaining in the Kalamazoo area for several days, we had to return as the coffee was fabulous. Hot but not TOO hot, the coffee (PIKE) was always fresh tasting. The SERVICE was equally FABULOUS; professional and personal. Cant say enough about this place. On our travels, we visited Starbucks in Charlotte, NC and other locations. THIS PLACE needs to be the trend for others to emulate.“
