“Been here a couple times since it opened both inside and drive through. Always got great service from the people working and my drinks have always been good. I did go to get a coffee one day and there was a sign that it was closed so that was weird. Also, first time I went in the person used my start even though I was saving them because I was literally 3 stars away from 400 so I could get a free bag of coffee. The person was newer and used my stars even though I said I did not want to. They voided it and I got the money back and repurchased the drink. They told me the stars would come back but it could take a day or two. I literally waited a week and never got the 150 stars back so I had to call customer service to get them.“
“I want to take a second to give a shout to the Starbucks inside Target . I buy my drink here every other day! I can physically walk in and the min they see me will say “Hello” and ask if I’m getting my usual! I used to get my drinks from the corporate locations and never did I get a smiling face every time knowing what I wanted.Thanks for always making my experience great!“
“Caledonia D&W location gets 5 stars from me. This is the only location that gets my drink right EVERY TIME! Alexis is truly the best, she knows your name by heart and knows all my orders. They're very lucky to have her! Wish they had a little drive up window, but will always come here because of the service!“
