“I had the pleasure of having Kennedy address my ‘complaint’
I placed custom a mobile order, picked it up in a timely manner, and wasn’t able to try it until I got to work, 15 minutes away. Upon 1st sip, I noticed my drink was off, and luckily was able to pinpoint what was missing. I gave the store a quick call, in which Kennedy answered with such a positive attitude, I knew I was going to be taken care of. After listening to my issue, she was prepared with multiple options to remedy the issue, but I was able to cut her off at the first offer of simply having it remade the next morning, no questions asked. I called my order in, per her suggestion, and she personally made sure my current obsession was made properly by her and her staff.
I appreciate not being made to feel like I was out to just get free stuff, as I have experienced at other locations, but instead felt understood in my slight disappointment.

Stopped here during a long drive and it was exactly the kind of place I needed 👍✨

Coffee tasted fresh, service was friendly, and the atmosphere felt calm and comfortable 🙂☕
Nice place to slow down for a few minutes, recharge, and continue the trip 🔋🛣️

I also liked that it didn’t feel too chaotic when I visited 👌
Sometimes after hours on the road, even a simple coffee break can seriously improve your mood 😂🇺🇸
