“Nice Starbucks with the standard Starbucks food and drinks. It is sort of a fun location in that it is built into the exterior of the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel. It is accessible both from the street and from the hotel lobby. It was clean and our drinks and food were prepared quickly. Seems to do a brisk business, especially on weekend mornings (no doubt helped by the hotel foot traffic!).“
“I have such low expectations of Starbucks, but this location's staff were definitely above average. Other than asking for a tip -- this practice has to stop, you haven't delivered a product or a service yet -- they did a pretty good job.“
“I go to this Starbucks literally every morning and Dixie knows my order by now and always gets it perfectly. She’s usually the only worker there and is always busting her butt and moving quickly with the line. Keep up the work superstar! And thanks for always making my drink perfectly ❤️“

“I’m used to airport Starbucks being unfriendly and slow. This one is the complete opposite! Even while busy, all the workers had smiles on their faces and were very sweet. My shaken espresso came out just like I ordered it and my breakfast sandwich came out piping hot! It’s also very easy to get in and out of and is super clean. My order came out within a few minutes even with them being busy!! Thank you Grand Rapids Airport Starbucks!!“
“I’ve used this location a couple times to order ahead with the app. While I haven’t noticed specific spaces to park for pick-up, I’ve always been able to slip into a parking space and grab my drink. They also sell gift cards for holidays gifts :)“
“lovely lady named zoe on the drive through at 7am on 4/1. she was just a beautiful ray of sunshine this morning. there is nothing more wonderful than having someone like her on drive through this early , someone needs to give that girl a raise or a bonus“
“I always stop by here after one of my appointments. Totally convenient location and they always make great coffee. Although I personally prefer frequenting small-business coffee shops to support local, I never ever get tired of Starbucks.Parking: Typical amount of parking. “There was a guy working the morning I went that was very rude to this African American lady when she told him she ordered the wrong drink because she couldn't read well but the lady that was working with him had him fix it for her when he wasn't willing to. Way to go, I loved this interaction! Nice to see the good women out there taking care of people like we do! Glad the lady got what she wanted since those drinks aren't cheap. Wish I knew the names of the workers. The girl deserves am award for customer service and the guy needs an attitude adjustment. Jsn“

“I've spent a lot of time at this hotel Starbucks location. They're not like the corporate locations where you can scan in your purchases, so be wary of that. I ordered a pumpkin cold brew one day which was great, but the next day they didn't have the PSL I wanted. Everything else is all normal Starbucks like. They got the drinks. They got the merchandise. They just don't have the all-day hours.“
“I just wanted to write a review because I’m just an everyday customer usually just grabbing a coffee before work. However, I was really having a rough morning and everytime I come through the window Kelly is so incredibly upbeat and friendly and just really has the power to turn someone’s day around. “This Starbucks is located on the right when entering the store. Located near the fine section of the eating area. It was clean and tidy. The baristas were friendly and kind, our drinks were great as they normally are.Parking: Lots of spaces and spaces available for disabled permits.“

“One of the higher end markets in our area. Beautiful Deli with Hot or Cold selections, a Sushi Chef making fresh Sushi, Bakery with a Cookie Bar to drool over, A Butcher for fresh cut meat selections, Fish Display that is make each day with fresh catch selections, plus your open cooler display of meats and frozen fish. They have one of the most well stocked wine, liquor and beers in our area. A whole organic area, generous produce displayed with appeal and artistry on their shelves and fresh lunch items for a quick pick-up. A really nice feature are their Pure Made in Michigan items. A Starbucks for that morning Joe and so much more. Need I say more, I love shopping here. The presentation in the items on the shelves reflects their thoughts and feelings they want the shoppers to have.“
“This is one of the best Starbucks locations I've been to. Even though they're busy with walkins and a drive thru, they're quick and accurate with your order. Very friendly associates too, with managers working the floor to check on customers. I wish they had this kind of service out West. Will be back if I'm ever in town again.“
“Quick stopped in had a gift card given to us treated to a coffee. Overall standard Starbucks, clean and a very kind and friendly staff. Busy location as right by lots of other shopping Costco, Aldi's and the highway on ramp. Great for strollers and wheel chairs. They have a drive thru that also stays busy. Parking in the lot with other stores.“
“We are moving soon, and I can't leave GR without leaving this Starbucks a great review.I come here every Tuesday after therapy to get a snack and do some writing. Paul and Joey are absolute TREASURES. Joey is always so fun and friendly and I don't think I've ever seen anyone work harder than Paul behind a Starbucks counter. These guys need raises.This is not my "regular" Starbucks since it's not that close to my house, but I really enjoy coming here once a week and saying hello to the crew.Thank you all for making my Tuesday afternoons so special and I will miss you very much when I move away!“

“OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!I recently became a regular weekly, almost daily, customer at the East Beltline & Knapp location.In the two weeks I have been a customer, I have experienced excellent customer service, on a consistent basis. The consistency is what impressed me and which I am most thankful and grateful for. I am always welcomed with a smiling face (faces is more appropriate to say), a warm and kind greeting, and efficient and excellent delivery of my order. I never hear grumbling amongst the team, I never see bitter faces, and they all seem genuinely happy to be working there.One of my favorite quotes is "Attitude reflects leadership, captain," (Remember the Titans movie) and that rings true with this team and their direct leader and upper management.As I'm sure many are aware, the art of superb customer service has been dwindling and almost non-existent after the recent Covid-19 pandemic. To this day, I visit places as a customer and am met with bitterness, despair, hopelessness, and an attitude from the team that conveys a sense of frustration that I even bothered to come in and give them my business. It is a joy to experience such stellar customer service at this location.I've been in management/leadership roles for 7 years and have 15 years of customer service experience in the retail space, and now in administration.
