Janet was kind and got my coffee ready for me quickly.
I travel regularly for work, and I’m a regular Starbucks drinker. This Starbucks is the best. The quality is more consistent than other Starbucks locations and the staff are very sweet. You can’t pay via the app unless using a Starbucks card but that’s not a big deal.

Starbucks at Family Fare on Collindale and Lake Michigan Drive offers a variety of vegetarian options like soy, almond, and oat milk, as well as vegan meat options. The staff, including Trisha and Ayla, provide excellent customer service, even working on holidays like Thanksgiving. Ayla's kindness and positive attitude made a customer's frustrating night much better. Fast and efficient service keeps customers coming back for more.
