Traveling on a Saturday afternoon and after security check point, I saw the Starbucks sign by A Gate. First impression was quiet. No lines at all. I think the only Starbucks location I can remember that there's no line. The baristas said Saturday afternoon is usually slower. I ordered Pumpkin Cream Cold brew. I'm happy with my drink selection perfect amount of creaminess and coffee. Great service, great staff.
I like this Starbucks. I pretty much always stop when I'm at the airport. It's small but usually super busy! They do a good job trying to work fast for how many customers they see but of course you always have the option to order online/through the app for pickup at the counter. They usually have all the food options available in their case and it tastes no different than your typical Starbucks of course. I’m used to airport Starbucks being unfriendly and slow. This one is the complete opposite! Even while busy, all the workers had smiles on their faces and were very sweet. My shaken espresso came out just like I ordered it and my breakfast sandwich came out piping hot! It’s also very easy to get in and out of and is super clean. My order came out within a few minutes even with them being busy!! Thank you Grand Rapids Airport Starbucks!!
