Did not even wait that long for my drink (tbf, it was 5am) but oh my gosh, 11/10 drink experience. Idk if I was just craving Starbucks for the flight back home but it hit so hard. I wish I could have Starbucks from this location again and again. Great service, great drink, cannot complain.
Busy location, super tricky challenge with time and anxious travelers.
I enjoyed a kind barista who made the visit enjoyable. This was in the morning but at end of a long shift for her. It’s a busy world but I appreciates the effort to help and determination to make it best possible.

I’m used to airport Starbucks being unfriendly and slow. This one is the complete opposite! Even while busy, all the workers had smiles on their faces and were very sweet. My shaken espresso came out just like I ordered it and my breakfast sandwich came out piping hot! It’s also very easy to get in and out of and is super clean. My order came out within a few minutes even with them being busy!! Thank you Grand Rapids Airport Starbucks!!
