I’m used to airport Starbucks being unfriendly and slow. This one is the complete opposite! Even while busy, all the workers had smiles on their faces and were very sweet. My shaken espresso came out just like I ordered it and my breakfast sandwich came out piping hot! It’s also very easy to get in and out of and is super clean. My order came out within a few minutes even with them being busy!! Thank you Grand Rapids Airport Starbucks!!

Traveling on a Saturday afternoon and after security check point, I saw the Starbucks sign by A Gate. First impression was quiet. No lines at all. I think the only Starbucks location I can remember that there's no line. The baristas said Saturday afternoon is usually slower. I ordered Pumpkin Cream Cold brew. I'm happy with my drink selection perfect amount of creaminess and coffee. Great service, great staff.

Amazing customer Service!! Unfortunately i ordered too soon and had to wait over an hour to get through TSA but they were so kind and remade my drink because the ice melted 10/10

I like this Starbucks. I pretty much always stop when I'm at the airport. It's small but usually super busy! They do a good job trying to work fast for how many customers they see but of course you always have the option to order online/through the app for pickup at the counter. They usually have all the food options available in their case and it tastes no different than your typical Starbucks of course. I would recommend if you want to stop in without mobile ordering, add on at least an extra 15-20 minutes before you go to your gate.

Nice Starbucks location in the Grand Rapids airport. A great spot to grab a coffee while waiting for your flight. Very clean. Nice selection of products. There was a long line, but it moves fast with plenty of staff.

I went in not knowing what to order, but I had remembered I liked the glass bottle drinks they sell at gas stations. I described it to the barista and they made it for me and even waited to see what I thought in case they needed to change anything. They were so patient, kind, and professional!

Closed at 5:45pm when I walked by. Website says closes at 7pm. I was looking forward to a coffee. It would be nice if places stay open as advertised…

Ordered a couple of Americano coffee’s via the mobile app. Estimated wait time was 11 mins. Received them in 4 minutes!! This will be my definite go to way of ordering coffee at this airport!!

This is location specific. Drink was a on the sweeter end and I asked for light ice and got at least as much ice as normal if not extra ice. But they have been very nice in the past in making drink and overall I guess it’s hit or miss.

Usually quick service and early opening times post plandemic. They are located after TSA security so you need a boarding pass to use. The separate Starbucks in the general waiting area prior to TSA appears permanently closed.

Aneda "with an e" is very unprofessional and rude. I've gone to this location several times and have only had an issue with this employee. I downloaded the starbucks app on my phone because of a sign I seen posted on the counter and when I tried to use the app it didn't work, so I was told they have IT working on it to keep trying...so I did just that....Aneda got upset with me for asking about the app, and then told me that I cause problems every time I go in there and I was no longer welcome there.

Today 10/3/21 I showed up RIGHT before they closed and the lady with the blonde hair was so nice and patient with me as I texted with my wife to confirm her order. I just wanted to say thank you so much and it was very appreciated. You made a stressful trip much less stressful.

Whoever was working 1:15 on Friday April 9. Bigger lady dark hair. Needs to be fired. In airport why would they be closed at 1 and 3 employees standing inside an all glass cafe. Things are weird with covid so who knows if they are really closed no signs anywhere. So all my mom did was pull on the door. This angry employee on her computer screams we are CLOSED. then mouths OMFG. Seriously??? I own businesses and trust me I know we are all hard up for help, even bad help, but if ANYONE spoke to my customers the way she did....the customers.... the ones that pay you and the reason you have a business would be FIRED immediately!!
