“We stopped by here on a road trip. It was a quick detour off the exit which was very convenient. The store was very clean. The staff members were friendly, got our orders filled quickly and we were able to get in and out. Overall very pleasant experience.“

“Quick story... the other location close to here was rude as f. 3x they got my order completely wrong and has MAJOR attitude like I'm not ordering right. I'm guessing the dude put his man bun up too tight?? Bad hair day?? I Threw my coffee away...Came here... Best smiles and attitude ever. Remembered my drink after the 1st time. Zero fakeness or poor attitude. Just good service o...and 10x faster than the other store. 30 min wait there. 3 to 5 minutes at this location.“

“The Starbucks/ Martin's in the hospital is by far the best one I've been to. They recently added a new employee, I think her name tag said JoJo. So professional and engaging the customers, making them feel so welcome like they are #1. She is awesome! If she isn't in management training, they need to get her into it ASAP! I'll now go out of my way to go to the Martin's / Starbucks inside the hospital for the personal experience and perfectly made drinks. ?“

“This location was remodeled in mid 2025. It is great, however much smaller compared to all the other stand alone locations near it. The seating area is just 1 row and very clustered when busy. Still a good environment and staff is always friendly.“
