“I was truly blown away by the service I received in the drive through line today. I knew that I wanted an iced tea but I could decide which. Sky was incredibly friendly and made a suggestion (which is now permanently going into my drink rotation). She was so sweet and friendly when I got to the window. She is the epitome of excellent customer service and an excellent example for Starbucks as a company. Thank you for making my day brighter, Sky! 😊“

“I love Starbucks but recently it’s been a pain. With stores being closed inside and drive thru lines being outrageously long. After waiting 10-15 minutes in the line I finally get my stuff and had to dump my whole drink out because it was disgusting! I always order a strawberry acai refresher with water and it’s almost $6 for the size I get and It literally tasted like plain barely flavored water. I literally paid $6 for a water with two dried strawberries on top. Do better.“

“Most welcoming staff. Closest to the freeway for easy access if Southbound.

Seems like a busy road causing a traffic congestion, and the Rightmost lane is for Right turn only. So I'd advise driving around Panera Bread and enter the Dupont Rd from there during Peak hours, if you are trying to get back to the freeway.“

“I just have to give a huge shoutout to Shane! He is genuinely one of the friendliest, most personable people you’ll meet. He makes everyone feel welcome, remembers customers by name, and always manages to make your day a little brighter.

What really stood out to me this week was seeing him go above and beyond when a customer ran out of gas in the drive-thru. Without hesitation, he came out to deliver her coffee and helped push her car out of the drive-thru, into a safe spot. It was such a simple act of kindness, but it says so much about the kind of person he is.

People like him are what make a place feel like a community rather than just somewhere you stop for coffee. Starbucks is lucky to have him, and I hope he knows how much his kindness and positive attitude are appreciated!“

“My best friend had a complicated "tiktok" order and the barista was willing to make for her. The barista was quick and it was extremely delicious! We were extremely satisfied. The barista was extremely funny and personable as well.“

“The people that work at this location go above and beyond to make your experience special. The Starbucks is conveniently located within Target and is well organized and staffed.

Tyler, Bobby, and Emmie are all so helpful and kind. Emmie even wrote a special message on our daughter's cup further making it all fun and memorable! Drinks were great and will return again and again!“

“Took my grandson to Starbucks for his birthday. The barista who took our order was very helpful and amazing. My grandson and I sat down while we were waiting on our drinks, and another barista delivered them to our table. Love my Starbucks!!!“

“Quiet, the cashier lady Aiyana, was great. She taught my under-a-rock butt how to order. She laughed and joked. Clean, smelled nice. Great little place! Best Starbucks I’ve been to. I got the weirdest drink you could possibly think of, and she made it delicious! Then, since there were ingredients left over, she gave us an additional mini cup!! Wonderful place, fast service, friendly staff, what every place strives to be. 👍

“I love this Starbucks! I usually go to this one! They’re always quick and my drinks are tasty! They’re busy so staff them more corporate and get comfier chairs inside too Jesus I feel like I’m sitting on concrete when I go in. Workers are awesome. They’re always friendly and so quick. A lot of complaints on here are people complaining about bs, they have to go quickly and are made to go too fast and be perfect, mistakes happen, they always respond well!“

Went to a Starbucks in a small city west of Fort Wayne. Not even a hello. Didn’t call my name for my order and they were having an unprofessional conversation behind the counter. They must forget the guests can hear everything!

“I love all the girls here. They take care of me and my co-workers from NIVES all the time. I want to give a shout out to the weekend girls. This morning I was taken care of. I came in a little earlier then I normally do (I’m a regular Saturday and Sunday morning customer) one of the girls who was supposed to open wasn’t there so when the next girl (I’m sorry girls I don’t remember your names and I feel horrible cuz you all know my name and my drink. “One of the nicer Starbucks I've been in, the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the partners there are always friendly! Many of them make small talk and have great attitudes. I like the honest opinions from them on new drinks! It's the only cafe I'll happily sit in for hours while studying or when having coffee dates with my husband.“
