“I was truly blown away by the service I received in the drive through line today. I knew that I wanted an iced tea but I could decide which. Sky was incredibly friendly and made a suggestion (which is now permanently going into my drink rotation). She was so sweet and friendly when I got to the window. She is the epitome of excellent customer service and an excellent example for Starbucks as a company. Thank you for making my day brighter, Sky! 😊“

“Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating! I went there to get my correct drink after my DoorDash order was incorrect. The staff let me know they do not do Doordash but they were more than happy to make me the correct drink. They got me the correct drink quickly and were super nice the entire time even though it wasn't their mistake. Thank you for a great experience!“

“I love Starbucks but recently it’s been a pain. With stores being closed inside and drive thru lines being outrageously long. After waiting 10-15 minutes in the line I finally get my stuff and had to dump my whole drink out because it was disgusting! I always order a strawberry acai refresher with water and it’s almost $6 for the size I get and It literally tasted like plain barely flavored water. I literally paid $6 for a water with two dried strawberries on top. Do better.“

“I don’t eat food so I can’t rate this. However the efficiency and courteous staff are wonderful. My drinks are always perfectly made. Wait time is very reasonable. I have Never had a bad experience at this location! Highly recommend this Starbucks.“

“I ordered one of their new iced pumpkin cream chai drinks and it was delicious as other drinks I've tried here in the past.
There's just enough ambient noise/music that you can comfortably carry on a conversation, but not clearly hear other people's conversations.“

“To the ladies working at Starbucks on DuPont Road in Fort Wayne, IN at 6am, I will never forget you.

I pulled into the drive-thru trying to hold myself together. I was placing my order through tears. I’ve been carrying the weight of marital problems, bankruptcy, and the recent loss of my father & mother. It has been one of the darkest seasons of my life, and in that moment, I felt completely overwhelmed.

When I got to the window, the manager gently asked for my name. She told me she would pray for me. Then she paid for my drink herself. She looked at me and said if I ever just needed a hug, I could come back and she would give me one.

They had no idea how badly I needed that. It wasn’t about the coffee. It was about being seen when I felt broken. It was about compassion when I felt alone.

As a Black woman, being cared for so tenderly by a group of white women in today’s racial climate in America meant more to me than I can explain. In a time where division is amplified, they chose love. They chose humanity. They chose kindness.

That moment restored something in me.

Thank you for reminding me that there is still goodness in this world. ❤️“

“My best friend had a complicated "tiktok" order and the barista was willing to make for her. The barista was quick and it was extremely delicious! We were extremely satisfied. The barista was extremely funny and personable as well.“

Went to a Starbucks in a small city west of Fort Wayne. Not even a hello. Didn’t call my name for my order and they were having an unprofessional conversation behind the counter. They must forget the guests can hear everything!

“The people that work at this location go above and beyond to make your experience special. The Starbucks is conveniently located within Target and is well organized and staffed.

Tyler, Bobby, and Emmie are all so helpful and kind. Emmie even wrote a special message on our daughter's cup further making it all fun and memorable! Drinks were great and will return again and again!“

“While I was sitting in the drive-through this morning waiting for my food, the barista, Darla, took it upon herself to start a conversation with me instead of shutting the window like she easily could have done. She told me it was only her third week and that they have many new baristas right now, but I told her she’ll get the hang of it.
