Guy at the window was very rude. Don't know what his name was, but kept handing out the food we ordered very aggressively, was extremely rude to my husband, and we had a free Cinnabon Q-R code ready for him to scan and he quite literally said "what's this?" Very unprofessional, didn't like the service one bit. Never coming here again.

Service was great on my first order when I got to the store. Once I sat down, all I could hear was the employees talking in the kitchen loud enough for everyone to hear. When I was ready to leave I had a second order I needed. I waited at the counter for someone. When 2 people finally walked out, they walked over to the pickup window(no cars in the drive thru) and stood in such a way I couldn’t see them but could hear them. Another employee saw me and said “ there’s someone at the counter” one of the people at the pickup window walked pasted with 2 coffee containers, made eye contact and then continued to walk away. Will never eat there again. And to finish it all off, there was just a pile of cardboard boxes and trash at the back door piled up, garbage all over the kitchen floor along with food on the floor. Very unprofessional and un sanitary

Might be fresh never frozen, but you can't even get a hot hamburger from Wendy's anymore it seems, they added the mcdonalds way of doing patties, in a warmer vs making them fresh for the customer! That leads to cold food, unless it's made right away it's always cold!
Update the gm and night manager was great refunded our money from what happened the day before on lunch apologized for the 2 on days actions would reconsider going there for dinner only.

I like Wendy's a lot. My staple I order is usually 2 Jr Bacon Cheesebugers, with Mayo on both sides of the bun.
Lately, all the other Wendy's , I have gone to, except this one and the one on Dupont and Coldwater Rd. Do it, my way. I don't know why the other ones don't get it right... they just thron a blob of mayo, they don't get it. Anyhow, this one got it right. 1st time visit. I am impressed. I travel around the NE top side of Indiana & I visit the Wendy's all over the area.
So, I keep on trying. One more comment.
I have to admit, I love the chocolate Frosty, for the $ 1.00 special.. great move, Wendy's ! So, to the lazy ones, I learned my lesson, I will usually pass you by and wait and go on to the ones,I know that do... it right!
