Nice enough staff, but be prepared to wait way too long for your food. We put in a mobile order at least some 5 or 10 minutes before arriving and still waited around another 10 after we got to the window and were pulled forward, where they proceeded to forget our fries. For a burger combo and some chicken strips. It's just not worth it.

Turn your lights on at night!! You can’t even tell this Wendys is open in the evening!! Find better night employees, all they do is smoke in the parking lot & hangout. They don’t want to work or even answer the drive thru speaker. How is this Wendy’s making any money at night?!

At approx 8:25pm October 14th I went out of my way to come to this restaurant and witnessed a trifling employee wearing a white T-shirt out of uniform, using his bare hands, eating fries and nuggets from the serving bins, unfortunately I didn't notice this until after getting my ice cold cheeseburger fries and nuggets, all so cold it felt like they came from the refrigerator.

9/6/2025 about 2pm or so we visited to get my children and father lunch. I was such a scatter brain that day, couldn't think straight and messed the order up and probably made it more complicated than it needed to be. Katrina was the Lady that helped us at the drive through and she was MORE than patient with me. She was very kind, courteous, helpful, and understanding! We need more smiling, happy to help people in the workplace. She was beyond kind.. unfortunately that's rare to come across anymore, especially at restaurants. She deserves a bonus and a raise, in our opinion of course!! Great employees that provide exceptional service should be honored and valued by the company they work for. Bonus- food was correct and everyone was pleased with their meals. Thanks Katrina

We visited during the dinner rush. The employee taking drive thru orders immediately informed us that they were very understaffed and that there would be a wait. The staff was very friendly and didn't let the labor issue affect them. Overall it was less than a twenty minute wait. We didn't mind because they were up front about the wait. The food was hot and our order was correct.
